Welcome to BookBekee. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our skincare consultation platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By using BookBekee, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions.

BookBekee connects you with licensed skincare professionals for personalized online consultations. We provide tailored product and routine recommendations and assist you in finding the right products. Please note, we do not offer medical diagnoses or treatments.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and truthful information during consultations.
Follow all instructions provided by your skincare professional.
Do not misuse or abuse the platform in any way.

Practitioner Responsibilities

Ensure recommendations are based on professional expertise.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Comply with all relevant medical and legal standards.

Refund and No-Show Policy

At BookBekee, we prioritize your time and experience. If your scheduled consultant does not show up, we will reassign you to another licensed skincare professional. Should we be unable to find a suitable replacement, you are entitled to a full refund.

No-Show Policy

Clients are required to notify BookBekee at least 12 hours before their appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged a ₦12,500 rescheduling fee, which can be used to book a new appointment within 7 days of the missed session.

Late Attendance Policy

Clients have a 12-minute grace period after the appointment start time. If the client arrives later than the grace period, a ₦10,000 late fee will be applied.

Fairness for All

Please note that these policies also apply to our skincare consultants to ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time.
